OUR TEAM
Bamboo offers a hybrid blend that arises from the journeys and creative flair of the bartenders, each with their distinct identity. Leading the team is the bar manager, Vlad Tcaci. Born in Moldova, at the age of 18, he left his homeland to explore Europe, eager to learn the art of mixology.
Experiences in renowned London venues and a period of training at Jerry Thomas in Rome enriched his cultural background, influencing his mixing style: eclectic and creative like his personality, yet simultaneously classic and respectful of tradition. Alongside him, bartenders Alessandro Michelacci and Yuri Romagnoli behind the bar, and Antonio Ruggieri and Kristian Melnikliyski in the dining area.
The secret of the Bamboo team is the perfect synergy that emerges among them. Each, with their unique identity, manages in their own way to influence one another, giving life to a diverse drinks list accessible to everyone's taste.
